Full service wedding planning: $5000 plus tax •(5) Meetings to discuss your wedding vision. The first meeting will be to discuss the vision for your wedding and all the details of what you would like in a venue. Second meeting to discuss wedding details and review vendor contracts and catering. The third, to create time-lines, floor plans, décor and rentals. The fourth, we will walk through the reception site to finalize details of the event and caterer. At the last meeting, we will create the ceremony order and finalize any last minute details. The week of the wedding, you will bring all your wedding supplies to our office. Some meetings may be combined for convenience, either for yourself or Immaculate Events. •Provide a Recommended Vendors List - Vendors who have proven to be reliable and professional and offer the Best Value! •For out of town brides - provide pictures and diagrams to help you make decisions •Personal Liaison - Immaculate Events will be the point of contact between you and your vendors to ensure your interests are heard and adhered to •Help with finding all vendors needed for wedding •Contact each vendor to make sure they are open for your event date and confirm pricing and negotiate when possible •Research, analyze, compare and take you to different facilities so that you may make an informed choice •Provide info regarding each facilities policies, services and decor rules •Accompany bride and groom to some vendor appointments as needed •Help with design of wedding include colors, theme and decor options •Provide an information packet with samples of invitation wording, save the dates and programs. Our preferred vendor list. Marriage license requirements and info. Ceremony ideas regarding special traditions. Most importantly, a complete time-line to guide you through the planning process so that you know you're on track. •Price negotiating services •Help with layout of ceremony details - music selections, readings and other traditions •Our staff will be on hand and cater to your wishes the entire night! •Assist in selection of menu and beverage service to make sure you get only what is appropriate and don't over spend •Help with selection of save the dates, invitations and programs •Handle any last minute problems (most of the time with out bride and groom knowing) •Provide suggestions on wedding attire and accessories appropriate for time of year and style of wedding •Use of our Reserved signs and table numbers •Help with assigned seating/ Unlimited communications(text,email,phone) •Box up wedding supplies after event (toasting glasses, cake knives, etc...) and place in vehicle •Advice and guidance on wedding ideas and etiquette •Vendor and task management with updates along the way to ensure you are on track/ Provide time-line of the full day to wedding party and vendors •Place decorations, party favors and wedding supplies out for reception •Organize and coordinate rehearsal and ceremony •Pin flowers, distribute flower girl basket and ring pillow •Keep track of rings and marriage license •Coordinate reception activities (toast, cake, garter toss, etc...) •Handle any last minute problems (most of the time without anyone knowing)/Distribute final payments to vendors •Bustle wedding gown at reception •Provide adequate staffing for your event •Help plan rehearsal dinner/provide suggestions for location and décor The highlighted items are upgrades from Package II
*25% extra charge for weddings with more than 250 guests for addtional staffing and 10% less for under 75 guests
