        You definitely have a vision of what you like and what you want, but you still need some guidance with making the big decisions. You enjoy the planning process and have no problem with attending vendor meetings or picking out colors, invitations, party favors and all the little things that will make your wedding unique.
        Immaculate Events will help with the layout of the ceremony and reception, create a floor plan and devise a time-line to manage vendors and activities. You will have fun with the planning process while we handle all the stress. We help host the party of your life!

Day of coordinating package: $1800 plus tax
Package Features:


◦(3) Meetings to discuss wedding details, review vendor contracts and finalize the timeline of the days activities. First meeting we will gather all the details for your event as well as vendor services and contact information. Second meeting to discuss time-line and confirm final details and wishes. The third meeting we will walk through the reception site to finalize details of the event and caterer.(if it is a venue or caterer I am not familiar with) otherwise i will draw up a floor plan and we will confirm event flow. The week of the wedding, you will bring all your wedding supplies to our office. Some meetings may be combined for convenience, either for yourself or Immaculate Events.

◦Vendor and task management with updates along the way so you know you are on track
◦Place decorations, party favors, and wedding supplies

◦Create a floor plan that provides a flow of activities and showcases your wishes
◦Devise a time-line for you and your vendors that organizes the flow of activities
◦Use of emergency kit
◦Follow-up with vendors on any changes of wedding plans and details. Call them if they haven't arrived on time.
◦Organize and coordinate rehearsal and ceremony if church has no coordinator.
◦Pin flowers, distribute flower girl basket, ring pillow
◦Keep track of rings and marriage license
◦Coordinate Reception activities (toast, cake, garter toss…)
◦Handle any last minute problems (most of the time with out bride and groom knowing)
◦Bustle wedding gown at reception
◦Pack up wedding supplies, left over food, cake and gifts and place in car
◦Distribute final payments to vendors
◦Provide adequate staffing for every event depending on amount of guests and logistics of your event.


*25% extra charge for weddings with more than 225 guests for extra staffing and 10% less for under 75 guests
